Master of Law from the Technological University of Mexico (Universidad Tecnológica de México). Master's, Postgraduate and Bachelor’s Degree Professor, with more than 30 years of experience in Labor Law. Speaker at different forums and institutes such as the Institute for Fiscal and Administrative Studies (Instituto de Estudios Fiscales y Administrativos, IEFA).
